Pioneer adopts the form ofIC50 automation system with electronic touch screen of automatic control plate.The IC50 automation system offers a variety of control modes for variousproduction requirements. Machines can operate with a fixed setting to achieveconstant output gradation. The automation system can also automatically adjustthe closed side setting to compensate the wear under load, ensuring that theoptimum setting is always used. If reduction work needs to be maximized, theIC50 automation system can automatically and continuously adjust the setting tokeep power draw and crushing force at the desired levels.

4.Simple maintenance and convenient in operation

It is no need to disassembledand install the frame, and fasten bolts, so HP cone crusher is much moreconvenient and fast for replacing liner plates.
